Caraway Savoy Cabbage and Potatoes

avoy cabbages are sometimes hard to find in the supermarket but are lighter and lacier than regular cabbage. Another home cookin' recipe from the old world that is sure to hit the spot when you're feeling like something hearty yet healthy.

Ingredients:

1 large cabbage
5 medium potatoes
1 t caraway seeds
1 T garlic
salt
pepper
3 T flour

Preparation:

1. Dice cabbage, then boil with water and a little salt till tender. Cut potatoes in 1/2 inch slices and boil in water with caraway seeds until tender, drain and mix with cabbage.
2. Brown garlic and flour, being careful not to burn flour
3. Mix everything together and add pepper.
