September 5, 2007 Just for the Frill of It Reviewed In CRAFT: Magazine Craft: magazine says about "Just for the Frill of It": The word Frill had me worried that this book might be too froufrou for my taste, but au contraire- Nimr's style is lacy in a vintage punk kind of way. Her user friendly projects show how to chop and sew old tops into fresh and funky new duds. My favorite: a Vivienne Westwood-style cardigan made from an old V-neck sweater and a plaid skirt. A must read before heading for the Goodwill.
